WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TRACKING DATA WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR TIMELY, AS LOGISTICAL DATA FREQUENTLY RELIES ON THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS AND COMPONENT NETWORKS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UP TRACKING, ITS AFFILIATES, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR INACCURATE TRACKING METRICS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
